I think that you should be able to pay in full in advance. Other than that, I'm good with the service.

Everything was beyond easy and convenient. Takes no time to get to the airport on the shuttle and the staff of Crown Plaza were amazing! We will definitely be using this again!

Have used these folks for three different locations several times online. needed to call customer service due to MY mistake, absolutely delightful experience. You C A N N O T go wrong with this company. The ONLY drawback is they are not nationwide... YET, I sure do wish though.
