Do not use this company!!! You get dropped off at a shuttle but then when you return, you have to catch a train then find the shuttle!! They DO NOT pick you up from the airport like they dropped you off! Very unhappy with this company. ( however the girl in the front was helpful!)

On my return flight, Marriott N was over an hour getting to gate for pick up. They said they had only 1 driver.

Although these reviews are specifically for the website itself, we are sorry you had a bad experience with the lot itself.
THE WORST! if you can book cheap parking somewhere else, do it! The most aggravating place ever! Spent an hour, rebooting, re-entering, changing credit cards, changing web site. Call... and they can't help me. unbelievable. tell me to go to another site they own. Finally get it... then get 3 reservations in my email... charging 3x!!! Email them to credit on the email address they say to correspond to... and it gets kicked back to me. What kind of company is this? It's not a business, it's a torture chamber! They need to drop 3 of their websites and try to get one that works right. Sad reflection of a business. I'd close if I was them rather than be so terrible.

I made a reservation for parking at Dallas Fort Worth Airport. When I filled out all the my information including billing information and clicked BOOK, the cheapparkfly.com denied this reservation. But at the same time, my credit card showed a charge $75.63 named by Airport Parking of Miami!!!! Miami!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! I am going to Dallas!!! I didn't receive any confirmation and any notification after this company tried to charge me. This is a horriable experience with this company!

Crystal, We apologize for this inconvenience but the name of our company is Airport Parking of Miami which is why the merchant receipt states that name. You should have also received a reservation receipt with all the details of the DFW parking lot. Please call customer service at 865-366-7014 and ask for Carroll so we can get this taken care of for you. Thank you!
Reservations are confusing and unclear. Made double reservations. Help line doesn't answer and "contact us" doesn't work either. Could not be more displeased. Felt cheated by whole process.

Dear Ed, We are very sorry for this inconvenience as our internet and phones have been down for the past 3 days and we were put on a waiting list with our internet provider (our phones are internet based as well) to be fixed. This issue was not resolved until late Friday night. While searching for parking at palm beach international this website came up and I did not see that it was Atlanta until after I paid and look for the directions. I immediately tried to cancel to get a refund and it would not accept my cancellation!

Horrible company to deal with, like a shell game. They advertise 'secure' parking but if anything happens to your vehicle they will tell you 'too bad' they offered me $200 to go away but there was $1700. damage to my car. Investigate the company, ORL based, started by valet parking attendant.. Re Reply From C/F/P. I have copies of the receipt & pkg pass no where on these does it say anything like what you posted. It is truly like a shell game dealing with you..
