The price was great. The reason I gave 3 stars is because although I arrived at the hotel (sonesta Nashville)10 minutes early the shuttle left 5 minutes early while I was inside registering my vehicle so I had to wait for the next one. Had I talked to the driver before going inside he would've likely waited to leave on the hour like they were supposed to. However, I ended up getting to the airport later than I anticipated and because of how busy the travel was the security lines were much longer than usual as well. I did make my flight, but I had a much more stressful time getting to the terminal than I ever have. Had the shuttle left on time I would've been fine.

Very hard to navigate the website. Fly out of Atlanta on July 10th and was supposed to fly home the 15th. My husband got sick and was put in ICU at our destination. There was no way to contact this company to make reservation changes. Still needing to add a day because I forgot my password they won't send info to my email to fix this problem.

Price is great. Website is easy to navigate for booking. Immediate received confirmation email. Hotel made me fill out paperwork that was the same information I already submitted on the website. Shuttle is less than ideal. Have to place another 1hr in plans to make sure you arrive to the airport on time. Shuttle was not consistent. On the website and confirmation email it states the shuttle arrives every 15 minutes. The hotel employee kept saying she called him but after 40 minutes we had to make other arrangements to get to the airport. Arriving back I called the hotel as soon as we landed and she stated the shuttle was on the way. Still waited 35 minutes outside before shuttle arrived.

The website has not been updated to reflect the most up to date shuttle times for the hotels. I had to verify the shuttle times with the hotel. The correct times are imperative to making your flight on time. The hotel staff and shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful. I usually select Sonesta South for Atlanta Parking.

The price was fantastic and the shuttle service was frequent and reliable. My only complaint was that the confirmation email I received had no additional information in it. It was basically only a receipt. It did not give the address of the hotel or a number to contact. This may have been a glitch becuase the website said the email shoud have all those details, but otherwise, everything was great!
