They ask you to review before you park, so all I can say is the price is good! It would be helpful if they would list the hotel address with each hotel. That helps if you are staying at the hotel prior to departure. With several Holiday Inns on the list, I wasn't sure I was picking the right one. Address wasn't given until after I paid.

I have used this service a couple of times and always had the best service. Cheaper then the other places around ATL airport.

Easy access to the airport. Polite hotel employees and good service of shuttle. Great! !

The price for the car was acceptable, but the pick up process from the airport was horrible. I called the Radisson hotel number for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. At least one other customer had the same experience. I finally walked outside to get a cab, and there was shuttle waiting, but there were so many people waiting, a few of us, had to wait for a second shuttle. Because there was no way to call the hotel, we did not know when a second shuttle would come. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a long line of people to check in, and apparently the staff did not think it a priority to pick up the phone.

Dear Steven, We do apologize for the wait that you had to experience. JFK is a very busy location and the shuttle drivers do try to pick up and drop off in a timely manner however sometimes it is longer than expected. We do hope that if you park there again that you have a better experience. I will speak with the Manager of the hotel about the front desk clerks not answering the phone and hopefully he will take further actions. We appreciate your feedback so we can try to improve our service. Thank you.
The parking place found for me by cheapparkfly.com was very cheap. Easy to find. My car was safe and ready to go when I returned. The shuttle was timelyand the driver was very helpful and friendly

We parked at one of the hotels very nearby Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The price was amazingly low, and the hotel had a well-lit fenced lot. I dropped my bags and my wife at the front door, parked the car and came back only minutes before the shuttle arrived. The shuttle took no more than 10 minutes to get us to our airline's drop-off point. Coming back, we waited less than 10 minutes for the shuttle. I left my wife and our bags just inside the entrance, went off to get the car, came back and picked her and the bags up and we were on our way. I will definitely use this service when I fly out of Atlanta in the future.
