Products are priced fair... but we receive about 10% of them that have issues and an RMA is needed to fix the issue. They have always taken care of us though. Shipment times from time of order to delivery is rather slow and is typically 2-3 weeks. Shipping used to be quicker but has fallen off in the last year.
