Competitive quality products, useful webinars, congenial and knowledgeable sale rep, specifically geared to the educational market.

Purchased laptops (new) and were shipped refurbished instead. Then they tried to talk us into keeping them. UNACCEPTABLE! Had to go through red tape to have them sent back, without costing us money. Will never do business with this company again. Unfortunate, they used to be decent a few years ago...

Very helpful and quickly answers questions and our order was filled and received quickly.

Talked with a helpful sale person Margret. She brought in a specialist to answer questions. We were buying 2 servers. We designed the product together. Knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Kept me informed throughout from purchase to delivery and then followed up. I would suggest you keep this one. I would return as a buyer if the need presented itself.
