Bottomline Thermals PCsReviews of blthermals.com

My PC unexpectedly stopped working and a close friend recommended Bottomline. They were able to get me a PC within my budget that completely blew me away and it was delivered to me within a couple of weeks. It runs every game I play like a beast and doesn’t break a sweat. The customer service I received was next level and I really appreciated the extra effort Michael made to meet my needs. He took the time to explain why they picked the parts they did and how they would meet my needs as a gamer and PC user. It made me feel much more confident in my purchase. As someone who is budget conscious, that meant a lot to me.

I had won a PC giveaway and Bottomline Thermals were the ones charged with building it. The PC is beautiful, was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition, my interactions with them were nothing but positive and if you're looking to have a PC built for you Bottomline is my top recommendation. Quality work.

Worked with them to get my wife her first computer. They made the process very easy, and helped me get the best PC for her that I could. The quality was on par with ibuypower, and the experience was just as good if not better than buying through ibuypower. I highly recommend taking a look at their options when shopping for a computer yourself.

The delivery company damaged the glass of my computer and I was walked through exactly what to do, the glass was replaced at no cost and the PC runs beautifully

This is one of the best experiences buying a computer I've ever had. The owner was extremely kind, he kept me updated on everything that was happening, he sent me updates about the computer even after the computer had shift and has been in contact days after to ensure everything has worked perfectly. I recommend everyone looking for a gaming computer to look at this company. 10/10 would recommend.

Buying a first pc is a worrying experience, lots of terms that don’t make sense- changing compatibility between things that seemed like it would work- parts that don’t seem like they would matter being crucial. Bottomline Thermals took this worry out of buying my first pc. They had a wonderful customer experience, explaining parts and the differences in how each part would work, even helping me with buying a monitor that would work with it and optimize my experience! The pc works amazingly with little work on my end as well! Would definitely buy another pc from them and forever grateful for all of the assistance I was given by them!

Amazing build, friendly people and they got it to me pretty quick overall just a great place. I'm going to recommend them to every person that's looking for quality work.

I've purchased gaming PCs from various companies, and this has been far and away my best experience. The post-purchase support has been unrivaled. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new PC, and will be using them again in the future.
