Arrival of repair parts has been excessively delayed, causing us to be unable to fix items in a timely manner.

Never send shipping notifications until you beg for them. Quality of laptops purchased is not like new. Repair center takes a month to perform repairs I can accomplish in 5 minutes.

Very professional with prompt service.

Sales are decent, prices are nothing to write home about. Shipping rates are higher compared to other suppliers. Last 2 shipments from CDI have come with the pallet broken apart and two local guys delivering it and hand bombing them. I've had enough of this nonsense, refused the shipment. They are not my first choice when looking for off-lease equipment.
