Excellent case with phenomenal support!

I recently had an issue with my iPhone 14 Pro cover from Caudabe, and the way their support team, especially Megan, handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary. However, Megan quickly reassured me that I was covered under their one-year warranty and explained my options in a clear and detailed manner. Caudabe is a great company and their customer service and products are excellent. Recently, I placed an order for the Synthesis for the iPhone 15 Pro, but inadvertently ordered the Sheath. About an hour and a half later, I sent an email to customer service (on a Thursday evening at 11PM) notifying them of the error. When I woke up the next morning, I was greeted with email from Megan, a Caudabe Customer Service Representative, stating that they received my email before the Sheath had shipped and that they were able to change the order. This all happened in less than 10 hours during a time where phone case companies are getting blasted with emails because of the new iPhones just being released. I've read a number of comments stating that Caudabe is slow responding to emails, but that was certainly not my experience. Way to go Caudabe!

Finally, after a long wait of more than 6 months, I asked for the first order for the mezzo today, the order finally arrived, and my happiness was indescribable and the disbelief is wonderful and excellent. Thank you very much for your interest in me until the order reaches me, I renew my gratitude and thank you for your permanent work,

EDIT - Changing my review to 5* as they replied and shipped me out a replacement case, which is great. Thanks! ————— 1st time ordering from Caudabe and had an issue with my 15 Pro case. I emailed customer support and they still havent got back to me over a week later, which is very disappointing. Wont be ordering from them again.
