Ordered the sheath for my 17 pro max! Love the fit and feel, best case I’ve tried after trying numerous other brands. Ordered the gray, but wanted to change to black. Emailed support, who responded within 24 hours and on a Saturday no less, and are exchanging for the black for me! Could not recommend more!

Caudabe as a Brand and whole are great the customer service reps are outstanding the product is second to none I will continue to support. Ps customer service response times are effing great and real people respond. Love you guys !

After some issues with the postal service, my original order was sent back (no fault of Caudabe). I reached out and within a few days, a replacement order was at my door. The support team were nothing short of incredible and efficient even when I reached out a second time thinking the buttons I ordered were missing (they were stuck to the inside of the bag, whoops!)
