CaudabeReviews of caudabe.com

I needed a durable blue case for my S25 Ultra, but couldn't find one until I stumbled upon Caudabe. My old chunky case broke after 6 months, and this is a massive upgrade. Working in housekeeping means my phone takes a beating, so the 15ft drop protection gives me total peace of mind. It feels super solid without adding unnecessary bulk, making my phone feel brand new again. Highly recommend! Shipping was very fast intercontinental USA

EDIT: Caudabe got in touch with me. They took a little while to respond, but after a few email exchanges, they resolved my issue. Throughout the email exchange, they were kind, attentive, and always willing to help the customer. I haven’t received the case yet, so I can’t evaluate the product itself at this point. Nevertheless, I’m changing my rating to 4 stars. P.S: I hope Caudabe opens a store in Europe someday 🙂 Avoid buying from this company, especially if you live in Europe. They do not comply with customs fees. We pay VAT at checkout, but not the new EU fees that came into effect on July 1st. As a result, the item is not delivered—even if I am willing to pay the fees—and is returned to the sender. In other words, you either pay everything to the supplier or everything at customs. It is not possible to pay one tax to the supplier and another at customs. But worst of all, they don't reply to emails or Messenger messages. They state a 48-hour response time for emails, but they never follow through. So, I neither receive the items nor can I get a refund! Order TK03B86730637HG35E

The cases are great for Samsung and iPhone. The screen protector Elite AR for the iPhone does not compare to others in terms of ease of installation, and the quality of tools to install, and the cost compared to others online. I wrote a review and the review was deleted from their official website reviews. This is bad practice and unethical.

Great customer support! Will always vouch for them. They are my one and only place to buy iPhone cases! Caudabe really is amazing.

Nearly 50 days since I ordered my case, which I paid nearly 60€ (including shipping and duties) and still no sign of it. On the 10th of July they sai if didn’t arrived they would investigate, which I followed today (21/7) with no plausible explanation. Premium prices, awful support.

I loathe reviewing, but for products like the Caudabe Sheeth (ninja blue, but not ninja, maybe cobalt?) for iPhone 17 Pro Max, everything the marketing claims I think I agree with, best I can recall. And I can remove it with concern for breaking it. I dropped my phone in pancake batter 1 day ago (20260718), and the case was easy to clean, and take off/ put on. The case breathes reasonably well, feels great. But I cam here to rate the customer support regarding my CrystalShield Elite AR (screen protector) cracking, I finally emailed support today (0719), and it took 62 minutes for Jane @ Caudabe Customer Support to respond with, no worries, you're covered. super easy. Boom, problem solved. All I need to do is start getting paid to caretake for my sister, or recycle some cans, and I'm golden ($5.40 shipping and tax).

Great product and great support. Dropped by phone, the screen saver cracked and they're sending a new one! Love the sheath case, and the service is excellent, thanks again!

This iPhone case is simply the best on the market! Its grippy texture and slim profile make it an absolute must-have 👌🏼
