I’ve order several cases from this company. I go through them as ive got butterfingers. You truly pay for what you get with their product. The customer service is always on point. I recently placed an order with them. Well I’m new having to send to stuff to a PO Box not a mail box. So for shipping I only entered my house address thinking it would make it to the house. I did not, I emailed them the moment I noticed the package was being sent back. I fully expected to have to pay shipping and handling for my own mistake. They said not a problem, resent my order and did not ask a dime from. I went browsing through Amazon, where I had credit. Every single business selling cases did not physically exist. So if I had any issues with the product or my order, I felt customer service would a major issues along with product quality. So again, their product is exactly what you pay for and you get quality customer service.

100% awesome! I recommend the products based off of customer service alone. The amazing products are just an added bonus IMO. They helped me get through such an annoying time since my package was lost in the mail. They assured me that they’d be with me every step of the way and sent me a replacement!

Excellent product.

I ordered the paragon case for my iPhone 17 Pro. I usually buy cheaper cases on Amazon, but I really like the look. It looks just as good in person and the quality is top-notch. I had an issue with the first one they sent out and they had no problem, replacing it, so two thumbs up for the customer service as well!

Unfortunately my case came with a minor flaw in its material at the charghing port ( for my Iphone 17 Pro ). Custommer support answered my email in about 12-18 hours and we arranged a replacement. WHen it comes to the case i was skeptical about the grip and a few things. What i love is the camera plateau cover which is a element of the case which gives me peace of mind, the grip is in the middle, it is not too grippy not too slippery, it doesnt take out lint out of my pockets and slides in and out easily. The case feels great and looks great. The buttons are very responsive and also the camera control button works well. Overall an very elegant case that i would deffinetly reccomend.

The products are made and packaged beautifully. I had issues with the phone case due to size and the communication was not only prompt, but very courteous extremely helpful and I was happy with all interactions. I would highly recommend the quality of the product, but also the high level communication around all questions
