The chair lift was installed by Advantage Medical Services within one day from the quote. The techs installed them quickly, efficiently and professionally. The provided great instructions and answered all our questions. My mother feels much safer using the new chair lift.

From the initial visit to the installation they were thorough. The team was great, made sure everything was working properly and gave me a tutorial about the chair lift. The clean up was appreciated. Highly recommended.

I had two chairs installed in September 2025. Within a week, one chair made a squealing sound when going down the track. Had a tech come out, and he had to order and replace the motor brake to solve the noise problem. Now we are having the same problem with the second chair (squealing sound) We have had the chairs less than two months.
