Joe and Sandy, we are sorry this situation has reached this point. Access has worked with you and the manufacturer extensively over the past year, including numerous service visits and manufacturer involvement, in an effort to address the concerns you have reported. We understand that you remain dissatisfied, and there are important facts regarding the project, its service history, warranty, and contractual status that we do not believe are accurately reflected in this review. However, because this matter is currently being reviewed through the appropriate formal process, we do not believe it would be appropriate or productive to debate those details publicly. Access has provided the requested documentation and a detailed history of the project to the appropriate parties, and we will continue to cooperate fully with that process. We remain hopeful that the outstanding matters can be resolved so that everyone can move forward.

We completely understand your frustration with the manufacturer not sending out parts in a more urgent manner and leaving your family in this predicament. However, I want to correct the record. Access Elevator did not provide or install this lift for your family. This particular manufacturer is not one whose products Access sells or installs, but we will service them when called upon. We were asked to come out and repair your lift because your installing dealer refused to service the unit. That is where your frustration should be directed. Access is doing all we can to help you in this situation and get the lift working as quickly as possible. We cannot control the manufacturer or make them act more quickly. We reach out to them daily to emphasize the urgency, but they are not listening. This is precisely why we choose not to sell or install this particular brand, along with the fact that the lift broke down so quickly after installation. Access chooses its manufacturing partners very carefully. When something goes wrong, it needs to be corrected as quickly as humanly possible. This manufacturer does not share that commitment, which is why we do not promote or sell its products. Access is committed to helping you and your family get the lift running as quickly as possible. We will continue doing everything within our ability until it is working again. This is not a technician training or competence issue, nor is it a matter of Access not caring or trying. It is entirely an issue with a manufacturer that does not prioritize service and parts over sales. We will continue to do all we can to pressure the manufacturer to send the parts and do our best to keep you informed along the way. You are welcome to reach out to me directly at any time to discuss this matter at 630-666-5013. Again, we understand your frustration and will do all we can to assist you.
