I love my new stairlift and do not dread going upstairs to sleep each evening. I thought I would drop over by the time I made it to the top. But, NOT ANY MORE! I take my seat and off I glide to the top. No pain and no gasping for breath.

The stair lifter works as advertised. My ONLY irritation is the design of the holders for the power devices at the top and bottom of the stairs. The flange on each side of the holders that you slide the device into is too narrow. You can't just DROP the device into the holder when you're done with it. It has to fit exactly when you let go of it or the device will fall on the floor.

The Veterans Administration bought a wheelchair lift for my husbands electric wheelchair after his leg was amputated in June and arranged for it to be installed for him. The Bruno dealer here in Kennewick, Wa. was excellent to work with and very accommodating to our families needs.

High quality, very stable, comfortable stair lift that has taken a lot of stress off my knees. Riding up and down gives me a bit of "no stress" in my day. I highly recommend one for anyone considering help with stairs.
