Very unreliable stairlift. I’ve paid over $1500 in repairs in less than 5 years, plus money for inspections that I wanted to avoid problems in the first place. The installer said this was very unusual for Bruno, but unfortunately, that doesn’t help me. So I’m trying to help others before they buy.

Very happy with product, installation and service. I would highly recommend this company.

The stair lift chair has a terrible sound when you are changing its position. It is causing our animals to hide under the sofa whenever they think we will use it. We can’t use it at night because the sound wakes people up. It’s not the motion of it moving on the stairs it is the turning of the seat once you get to the destination. It’s just terrible!!

Hi, I'd like to give a review but the truth is, we never used the lift. I bought it for my mom who passed away before she could use it. It was installed on Dec 30th and we called 6 weeks later to see if they'll would buy it back since it was still brand new. The guy offered me $500! I paid $3400 six weeks prior. To say I was shocked is an understatement! I have to admit that I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth for your company.

The devices hydraulic system and gears broke. New unit is now on order but due to the holidays will not be available for 3 to 4 weeks. Our installer has ensured that we can still use the chair for going up and down the stairs. Still, this should not have happened within less than 2 months of installation

Installation Not Complete awaiting parts.

I’ve been trying to reach my sales representative for weeks without a response. During installation we found the remote controls for the unit did not work and I was told they would ship out new ones ASAP. It’s been at least two months.

Did not work very first time trying to use brand new vertical lift when i came home from hospital. Had to be carried into my home by two Ambulance workers to get into my home while i just bought a brand new VPL unit from Bruno living Aids. Purchased from National Seating & mobility. Had issues very first contact National Seating. Been out over 9 times trying g to fix a brand new $18,000 unit. After threatening lawsuits & demanding a full refund with a new unit they did replace unit. Which is not same unit I purchased. Have asked to speak to someone at Bruno for almost 2 months, finally got call from Bruno which was from a very inconsiderate, ignorant, unprofessional lady in a 3-4 min phone call. I will be contacting my local VA rep and Better Business Bureau. You preach on your website Family Owned Veteran Founded. Well you didnt show the respect This VETERAN FAMILY MAN deservesd. As to Bruno, Harry, Grant none of you would of accepted this treatment if it was you or a family member. Karma. I have multiple documents, video, signed witness statements backing up my statements. Look elsewhere. You will thank me later.
