Stair Lift is great. Young man that installed was nice and professional. Crystal in the office was wonderful.

Some challenges registering the products were exacerbated by Bruno's refusal to speak with a customer directly. A query to Bruno's customer service received no follow-up. I understand that Bruno's business model depends on local vendors/installers to provide customer service, but to have no procedure in place to address such a fundamental problem is a structural weakness.

Installation was quick and easy. He was done in a very short time. Only negative is that once in a while the lift quits while going up or down. After a short pause it works again. Doesn’t do it all the time, just on occasion .

Chair helps tremendously for family member who’s unable to climb stairs any longer. Disappointed in a failure that occurred in auto swivel of chsir at top of stairs when we’d only had lift for 2 months. Family member was stranded on second level of house over 3 hours before technician could arrive to create an override somehow to have chair go down to first floor, which cleared the way for person to descend stairs on foot

Runs fine but has a few bumps and squeaks

quick set up for measuring and recommendation, followed by a reasonable bid. Workmen showed up on time and within about five hours work was complete and I took a test ride.

Good . Staff friendly and efficient. Only issue is problem bypassing the hand rail on opposite side . Legs catch under it

i HAVE TWO NEW STAIRLIFTS. The foot pad on the second steplift is not together. I love both of my stair lifts.
