Bim was honest and straight-forward. Pricing was good. Trade-in was under-valued and where Broadmore made profit. Selling of the multi-year extra maintenance service during closing reminded me of car dealerships however.

We were very happy with our salesman Ryan. Other than that our experience has not been good. We waited 2 weeks after paying for our new 2018 Precept so that all problems were fixed. We arrived for our walk through, which we figured would be informative and take a hour or so. The guy that did the walk through was not knowledgeable about the Coach and didn’t cover half the items on the checklist we were asked to sign. We went through the Coach and it was not ready to drive out. We found problem after problem such as rear AC/heat unit did not work, defroster blew on the floor and not the windshield, etc. We waited there 5 hours until it was ready to drive home. The inside had not been cleaned and we cleaned it when we got home. We then took the Coach on a 2 day trip and found several other problems - auto leveling system didn’t work, front leveling jack was leaking hydraulic fluid, windshield leaked during a rain storm, living room slide was scraping the floor, door was sticking, couldn’t check air pressure on outside dual wheel without having to take off wheel covers, couldn’t drain 2 of the holding tanks as they are not hooked up to the macerator, etc. We have since found out that the rear tanks of the Precept are not supposed to be hooked up, which we found out requires another standard sewer hose. This was a misrepresentation of this system by both the Dealer and Jayco. Despite being told that as a customer of a new Coach we would be given preferential and quick service if problems were found, it took 1week to get an appointment, it has now been in the shop for 9 days and was told it would take another week or more to get parts and an authorization from Jayco. We have had to cancel an extended trip we had planned. Based on my experience after buying, I would not buy another Coach from Broadmoor RV.

We are from the west side purchased when we came and pick it up that is where it went all wrong! We drove over got a hotel, paid foe fuel and meals, and we communicated very well, they told us it was read got there and it was not. We drove back with nothing after putting down almost have the purchase price. And I had to come back and pick up the following weekend same cost getting a hotel, gas,and meals. Apron $300,00 And that doesn’t count for time off and never once offered to reimburse anything. Once the sale is complete they forget and don’t care about us at all

My contact with Fred was by the phone and we discussed the trailer that Broadmoore had on sale. I am from out of sate so I had to make sure that what was being quoted was correct, Fred did exactly that and more. We quickly came to an agreement and made the deal. Fred was courteous and knowledgeable in the product and quickly returned my call if I had more questions. The document process was quick considering all the documents that had to be signed. The walk through was just as quick and thorough. I have no complaints and would buy from them again even with a 12 hour drive. Thank you Broadmoore and company!

Long time waiting.

Better than expected. Angel was very good. Always answered the phone and got answers for my questions. JT was super on the finance side and went well beyond expectations. Highly recommend. We drove 2000 miles to do the deal and would do it again!
