Excellent experience all the way. Brad, our salesman, listened to our wants and needs, and didn't try to steer us in any direction. He went far beyond the usual...even coming to pick up our truck to get the gear installed for the fifth wheel. The finance people had us covered in short order. The prep was good, and they took the time to make sure I knew how to hook up and detatch. We had a couple of issues after two nights camping, which were addressed and fixed within an hour of our return. All in all, a great experience well worth our two hour drive to get there!

Bought a lemon, poor workmanship, faucet leaks, framing not covered, caulk all over the place, electrical wires protruding from underneath refrigerator, just to name a few problems. Looked good on lot but when I got it home and started a close inspection, it was a LEMON. Broadmoor willing to change faucet, if I drive 240 miles. Great, I wonder if trailer body will fall off chassis, and they're willing to cover faucet.

From the moment we walked in to the store, we felt welcomed and not fish in a bowl waiting to be reeled in. The staff waited until we engaged them, and honored our inquiry. Since we had already made contact with a sales team via the webpage, we were invited to coffee and cookies while our sales team were found. We were introduced and from that point on, we were treated like people and not a "fish" to be landed. I felt we could have walked out with or without a sale. Yes, we did buy the RV of our choice not what other non-Broadmoor RV sales folks wanted to sell us. Fun and easy ride without pressure to buy. It was all on our terms. Thank you for understanding and showing us respect and honoring our requests.

I have had a great experience buying my RV from Broadmoor, RV. The only hiccup I had was that I has told the sales person that I wanted to put a certain amount down in order to get my payment where I wanted it and was told that was okay and then when I got there they said I had to get the extended warranty and could not put any extra money down in order to get the terms I wanted. I did not take any stars off because of this because all and all I am still very happy with the RV and the price I got, I drove 200 miles from my home to get it because the local dealer was so far off on the price and was not anywhere near as easy to deal with.

Broadmoor RV has always taken care of my RV needs. I have now purchased 2 trailers from them in the last 4 years and both experiences were great. I've never had to have my trailers worked on because Broadmoor RV delivers them to their customers in perfect operating condition. I could not be happier.
