The groundwork to buy our new Creekside 21RBS was done over the phone with Ron. After driving 6 hours we arrived and were treated very well. Everything went smoothly thanks to Molly and Ron. Our walk thru was professional and thorough with Charles, who answered all of our questions and knew the product he was showing. The $25 gift certificate at the store was a very nice touch, and the selection offered was great. It was a long day made very pleasant. Our dog had a great time getting all the attention the staff gave her. I strongly recommend Broadmoor!

Could have not asked for better customer service. Edder was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. They have a huge selection to choose from.

We could not have been more satisfied with Angel. My husband knew what we wanted called and talked with Angel back and forth via phone and we went over the next day to do a trade for our Hitcher LS for a Jayco North Point. They allowed us to spend the night in our trailer and for the night and then we said our good byes. Molly in the fiances dept took her time and allowed us plenty of time for question and answers. Jason took us through the walk through was awesome as well told us everything we needed to know about our new trailer.The front staff was very pleasant and offered us complementary treats on Friday and on Saturday, Angel treated us to our morning coffee on Saturday. after all paper work completed and walk through completed we hitched up and drove back home to Post Falls ID.Even after the sale we had phone calls from Angel to make sure all went well on our 2.5 hour trip home. Chris A. spent hours with my wife and I finding the perfect RV. We are first time owners. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient educating us. We made several stops looking at trailers at other businesses, but the customer service, selection and prices made buyers at Broadmoor.

Came in off the street mid afternoon. We knew what we wanted and Heather was great at showing us different trailers that met our criteria. The entire crew worked hard to have it ready for us that afternoon. Great process from start to finish.

Purchased a Outdoors RV 26RLS. The sales department was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely Buy another from Broadmore. That being said the service department is terrible, I have had nothing but problems since the beginning. They forgot a part for my equalizer hitch that I purchased with the trailer. It took 4 calls and 4 weeks to get the part sent to me and I had to talk to the service manager to get it. I took a tire back for warranty and had to deal with the service manager again to get it replaced. I watched a woman at the service desk talking to a customer on the phone, she was rolling her eyes at the customer and was disrespectful about them after she finished the call. I can imagine that all customers are treated like that behind their backs. I am unfortunately stuck with the Broadmore service department because I purchased the extended warranty other wise I would go elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly. Ryan had the paperwork ready within minutes of us showing up. Trailer was ready quickly. Charles fixed a couple of cosmetic issues. He walked us through all of the features, hooked it up to our truck and sent us on our way back to Everett, WA.
