A new RV should be clean for the walk through. RV was not cleaned prior to walk through, not vacuumed, or dusted, drawers were dirtly, beds were dirty and there were dirtly hand marks all over the beige walls. Trim/molding at end of cabinet was coming off. I brought this to the attention of the person doing the walk through and it was not fixed properly. The front of the refrigerator was still loose and falling off. I used to sell new homes and prior to the home buyer walk through everything was cleaned and made perfect for delivery. I expected much the same with a new RV,even a new car is cleaned prior to delivery. I repeatedly asked if the battery and solar panel, and propane would power everything except the microwave and air-conditioner and was told yes more than once.I was told a generator would only be needed for the ac and the microwave. That was the whole reason we added an extra battery and the solar panel. However when we got it home, none of the outlets worked.We plan to dry camp so this was important ( I still have not tested this via plugging in)however this could have been covered in the walk through and demonstrated that they all worked. So now that's questionable.This is our first RV walk through should have been more thorough. We got home and did not know how to raise and lower the table, the small things could have been shown to us and it would not have taken much. Instead it was a sales pitch to sell us all the things we already said no to at the time of sale- the 2500 exterior protection. The RV was winterized so I do understand that not all things could be demonstrated but it could have been done better. Our salesman Brad was great, and very informative but the walk through brought the rating to a 2 star.

This site should have the option for negative stars. Worst service department I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new Keystone toyhauler from Broadmore. Broadmore would not help at all with warranty claims and referred me to Keystone to deal with on my own. The last time I took my toyhauler in they said they would get it taken care of and after 5 weeks they had done nothing. Picked my toyhauler up and took to Horn rapids RV and had it back in a week. I would never buy anything again from Broadmore and would rather pay for warranty work from someone else than deal with the service department again. Lying to customers is no way to run a business. This is your warning. Buy you RV from someone else besides Broadmore. They do-not care about customer service once they have your money.

Marta our Sales Lady was on top of paperwork and excellent customer service. Joe in service that help my husband with the walk through and making sure he was understanding with everything. With my husband being a disabled veteran and traveling to pick up our new 5th wheel Marta and Joe made it a very easy transaction with me being in another state and having everything ready to sign once he arrived there and made sure Stephen was taken care of everything was in working order before he left the dealership. Brad the sales man was really good we called on a craigslist ad he responded and answered all of our questions regarding the RV, was very professional, communicated very well and has a really nice personality. We drove 4 and a 1/2 hours from Dayton, Oregon bought the trailer sight unseen because we felt very comfortable with the Information Brad Graff had given us. We bought a new Outdoor RV, The only issue we had was when we got there we found that our hitch would not work with that particular RV because it was much higher then a normal RV, So we ended up happening to buy a new hitch from them. The only other problem was my husband did not feel that the Interior color that was shown on craigslist was correct . He thought it was much lighter than it actually turned out to be, So beware colors are not necessarily accurate on the pictures. Over all our experience with broadmore RV was excellent we would return to buy another. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used RV their Inventory is huge.
