Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

A very pleasant experience at Broadmoor RV. Jason did an outstanding of making things happen. Our walkthrough was very pleasant, the unit was clean and serviced and at the time promised, Thank you Broadmoor.

The first time stopping at the store for parts I left feeling great about the staff. Just called to order a tail / brake light for a Lance trailer and couldn't get anything done without quite a run around from Haily in parts. Needed the year, serial , model but she still wouldn't help me without a picture of the taillights. Back to my original dealer and the parts are ordered and on the way. I will be cancelling my service appointment over this. Thought I found a new home for service, I thought wrong.

I believe you guys did an amazing job. Your customer service and friendliness was amazing. I would and will strongly recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks you Chris and Ryan.

Great job and worked to answer questions and make it a smooth buying experience

The sales and informational process was excellent. Doug Sitton took his time showing us different models that would be appropriate for our vehicle to tow. Although the walk thru appointment was thorough, we discovered during our first outing that there were things we should have been shown and discussed that would have given us the answers needed. This is our first trailer and somethings you just don’t know until you discover that you don’t know. Overall, I would highly recommend Broadmoor RV and we are very happy.

The employees are very friendly during the entire process. We talked about adding items before the loan process that didn't make it on the loan. After not negotiating with them on the price of the trailer they couldn't even offer these items at a reduced price after the loan went through. When we did our walk through it was a constant up sell of items that should have been brought up before the loan. Items that were being offered during the walk through were extremely expensive. Who goes to pick up a trailer and has another 3 grand to buy things for a trailer. Charles was our tech. Walking us through the trailer and he was fantastic. Great guy with a great attitude.

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised with their service. Reading other reviews had my skeptical and I had a specific RV store in mind but wasn’t able to get the camper we wanted from them. Broadmoor was very quick and efficient. Our sales associate Angel, went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. I would recommend!

We very satisfied with our purchase and the staff were very helpful.
