At first we got a salesman who didn't know how to write up a contract. Then a pushy lady. The only person who knew what was going on was the service writer. After we used the trailer for a weekend, got home and 1 of the stabilizer Jack's broke, so I called broadmoor RV to take it in to get fixed. I was told to bring it in the end of next week and they would have to keep it for 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable Bad mojo. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with the Pasco Broadmoor Staff from Sales, Finance and walk through after purchase. Being a first time buyer the walk through was amazing due to so many unknowns and basically blew our minds! So many tips and helpful ways to make sure that the Trailer is utilized in the smartest of ways but ways that will keep us utilizing it over and over! Thank You Pasco Broadmoor Team! Very much appreciated.

Everything was ok. During the walk thru, we were told that the roof was checked out and everything was good. No it wasn’t. The vent cover over the bed was gone, we didn’t realize it until after a big rain storm and the bed was soaked. Not a good thing

Great sales experience with Marta. Unfortunately the product has been nothing but problems and breaks so far. We are hoping things get better soon.

05/14/20 – I purchased the Jayco Toy Hauler. I paid almost $1,000 above the competition because Doug promised he would take care of me and assured me I would have a good experience. On the way home (4 hours each way) I stopped for dinner and noticed a bolt was missing from the loading ramp. I text a picture to Doug and he responded that he would call me the following day and get it taken care of. 5/15/20 – I text Doug additional pictures of quality issues I discovered and expressed my frustration. He did not respond. 05/23/20 – I called the office and spoke with the receptionist. She told me Doug was out in the yard with a customer and thus, not available. I explained my situation and frustration and she said she would leave a message for Doug to call me back. 05/26/20 – Still zero response from Doug. So much for great service and his promised that he would take care of me. Feeling hopeless, I called and asked for the sales manager who I learned was Ryan. The receptionist asked what the call was regarding and after I explained my issues, she “Taylor” asked if she could place me on hold while she found Ryan. When she returned, she explained that once the trailer leaves the lot, it is no longer a sales issue, and Ryan would not speak with me. I will need to deal with Service moving forward. She explained either Skyler or Sandra from service would call me back. Alfredo called me back and asked me what was going on. I explained to him all the issues I am having with the RV. He spoke about getting the RV back to Broadmoore RV so they could fix it and I explained that Broadmoore RV is 4 hours away and at his point, I have zero faith in their workmanship. It was their lack of attention to detail that has resulted in this mess to begin with. He assured me it was all covered under warranty. I am taking it to a local dealer to try get these repairs completed. Where I should have gone to begin with. I explained my disappointment in Broadmoore RV and stated that I would never return to them for Sales, Service or parts. I regret giving them my business and paying more than their competition. REPAIRS STILL NEEDED 1) The white light located on the front of the trailer does not work. 2) The exterior plug by the door does not work. 3) The back-up camera power source seems to be dead. I cannot get the camera to power up. 4) There is a missing bolt at the bottom of the loading ramp. 5) The stairs do not align up with the brackets on the back deck. 6) The screw holes for the back-up camera are stripped. 7) The batter seems to drain within a couple days while not in use. 8) The stereo does not remember the I-Phone when I return to sue it. I must delete it at the phone and re-sync it every time I use it. 9) The track for the screen between the garage and deck is too short. The screen will pop off the track when raised. I temporarily installed carpet pads as a bumper to prevent this from happening. 10) The pull-down strap for the screen door needs to be re-installed. The screw attaching the pull strap was not installed correctly and was stripped. I had to cut it off with a saw blade and remove the strap to get it out of the way. REPAIRS I’VE COMPLETED 1) Screen between garage and deck was not installed properly. The screen was not in the track (you could pull it into the garage or outside) and would not stay down when lowered. I had to remove the tracking, install the screen and re-install the tracking. The screen would then not stay in the tracking when raised. I realized the issue is that the tracking was cut too short or there is a design flaw. I had to install bumpers to prevent the screen from going all the way into the well where it hides from view. 2) The screw attaching the pull strap was not installed correctly and was stripped. I had to cut it off with a saw blade and remove the strap to get it out of the way.

We are 1st time travel trailer buyers. As 1st timers, the process can be overwhelming. However, our experience at Broadmoor has been outstanding. Beginning with Sales Manager Neal who was so gracious and helpful to our Finance expert Molly and our techs Alfredo and Charlie, everyone treated us so well. We had many questions and never felt silly asking. We were treated with dignity and respect from start to finish. When it comes time to upgrade, we will come back to Broadmoor. Thank you.
