Beautiful graphics, sturdy puzzle pieces, and perfect 100 XXL size pieces. Love the puzzle poster that’s included. It helps immensely for a four-year-old putting the puzzle together!

"Thank you, Terri! We're so happy you loved the graphics, sturdy pieces, and the included poster — glad it made the puzzle even more fun for your little one!"
The best thing about this puzzle is clean edges. So many puzzles have fuzzy edges. And the color is even better than when I saw it on Amazon. And I really appreciate the fold out poster like picture to direct me how to do the puzzle. I'm definitely going to google brain tree puzzles from now on.

"Thank you, James! We’re glad you enjoyed it even a little — we hope to impress you even more next time!"
Worst puzzle I’ve ever bought. At least 20% of the pieces were still stuck together and when breaking them apart, the paper tore off the back of all the pieces. Horrible, dismal cutting of the pieces. None of the pieces easily connect together, and you have to apply a lot of pressure, forcing them into place. This leaves you wondering if you have the wrong pieces connected together, even though they are the correct ones. Many border pieces were miss cut on the flat edge producing an uneven border for half of the peace. Good puzzles connect very easily and are cut cleanly. Also, it’s quite easy and clear whether or not the piece is supposed to fit. I got so frustrated with this terrible, poorly produced puzzle in the first hour that I boxed it up and tossed it. Will never buy another puzzle from Brain Tree again.

Your feedback has been passed along to our production team for improvement. We hope you’ll give us a chance to provide a better experience in the future."
So excited to purchase one of your puzzles, I chose Floral Feline. What a mess when turning over pieces to start so many were not cut through… caused tearing and ripping of the pieces. Not tight fit very messy. Horrible.

"Thank you for your feedback, Jaan! We’re glad you liked the puzzle. We appreciate your suggestion about including glue paper and will definitely consider it for the future."
I have bought several Brain Tree puzzles, and I have NEVER been disappointed; Brain Tree is my favorite brand of puzzles. The pieces are thick & sturdy (don’t peel, bend, or get cracked). The colors are bright & vivid and the image is sharp, NOT pixelated. I also love the strong box (doesn’t get crushed under the weight of other games or puzzles that I keep in the same place) and the puzzles come with ziplock baggies for storage when you have finished and are ready to store the puzzle for the next time. I love everything about Brain Tree….I just wish they had more puzzles….I think I have them all!
