I purchased a 500 price puzzle, the color is bright and it came with a zip lock bag. The problem is out of the 500 pieces 13 of them had separated from each other. Like the top layer that has the color and detached from the bottom. I had to glue them back together then do the puzzle. Also the pieces went together awkwardly. Like not at an ease a puzzle typically is. Could be from what it is made from.

Decent puzzle. There are more then 10 sets of pieces that did not get cut all the way threw and a few that didn't get cut at all. Unfortunately when I go to break the ones that are partially cut it rips along the bottom which I do not enjoy.

I bought the Reef serenity 500 piece puzzle and it’s a beautiful piece. The only thing I didn’t like is that some of the paintings on the puzzle piece or filling from the cardboard under the pack other than that beautiful piece I plan to frame it and hang it in my bathroom. .

Great puzzle, but a lot of dust and the printed film on top of the pieces was peeling away.

Brought a brand new “The Cinema” puzzle and it was missing a piece. I contacted the company and didn’t receive a response. The quality was good…..but wouldn’t buy again.

There was a damage piece and an extra piece that didn’t belong to the puzzle. That spoiled the finished look. It is an Enhanted Realm puzzle. I love the bright colors and that there was not any pieces that was just one color.

When I first bought the puzzle at hobby lobby an opened it up I at first was super dissapointed I had multiple puzzle pieces that never cut completely so there was two puzzle pieces completely stuck together however I went an did the puzzle anyway and I was happy with the end result and how well the puzzle pieces stuck together I was able to pic up the entire puzzle at the end! It was a very fun puzzle to do for sure!
