Box Components is a company that stands behind their product. I've used their crash replacement option with 2 derailleurs that I've destroyed, leaving me with confidence that the drivetrain I purchased will last! Tomas has helped me several times in the past and his prompt responses and professionalism instills trust with the customer. This is why I still buy from Box.

I had a one off issue with a my cassette and Tomas managed to find the root cause and send the replacement parts. From the first email to the parts in my hand was 5 days from USA to Sweden. It got my bike back up together in time for racing!
