I really appreciate the great customer service I have received whenever I have had any questions. There is a lot I don't know and when deciding on products it helps to have a partner in Box to help me make the right choices. I have never been disappointed by any of the products I have ordered.

Pretty simple install of Box Two drivetrain. The included QR codes linked to 'PAGE NOT FOUND' so I had to hunt. The youtube install video was of the if-all-goes-well variety. would have like to have had a better troubleshooting guide available as i didn't get the cable tension right the first time around.

Responsiveness of the team throughout the process made getting setup with Box Level Up smooth.

Been dealing with BOX since 2013 and still dealing. Best BMX Brand ever and No Doubt About it.
