Everything was clear and understandable. I normally have trouble understanding policies and all that, but not Bivvy. That is extremely nice to be able to do it on my own. Thanks!

Hi Buckwald, thank you for the five star review! We're glad you're enjoying our affordable coverage. We're sending our best wishes to you and Paris! Thank you for your loyalty! https://bivvy.com/
It seems that being born a dog is Bivvy’s definition of a pre-existing condition. They find a way out of paying for everything and often contradict their own statements, but won’t acknowledge them. Save your money. They will not survive long term with the way they do business. Remember, when it’s too good to be true…it’s not

Hi Lou Ann, we're sorry to see you're disappointed. We work hard to be transparent about our coverage and disclose it on our site. We define pre-existing as showing signs, symptoms or having a diagnosis prior to coverage activating. Hereditary and congenital conditions that weren't showing signs or symptoms are within our scope of coverage. Bivvy works hard to offer pet parents affordable coverage for accidents and illnesses. Our right-sized insurance is brought to you by CUMIS Insurance Society, Inc. which is over 55 years old and part of a financially strong insurance group that has been serving hardworking people for over 80 years. Regardless of our background and definitions, we're here to clear any confusion you have a support you. We will pass you concerns along to our customer care team so they can take care of you. Thank you for your patience, loyalty, and feedback! https://bivvy.com/
It was easy signing up, but then I needed to add coverage, and it never would let me, and I didn't have a contact email to ask for help. It charges you immediately also, so, you better be sure you want it. One more thing...my vet said they don't deal with it, its all on us. Great. Guess I didn't read the fine print. My fault!

Hi Cindy, we're sorry to see you were having trouble. We'd love to help you further and give you the support you need! You can either send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call at 855.434.3744. We also do disclose you will be charged the monthly premium immediately during the sign up process. As for vets, we reimburse pet parents directly which means you have the freedom to go to the vet you feel most comfortable with or that’s most convenient to you in an emergency. Your vet doesn’t have to accept insurance, or even know you’re covered, for your insurance to work. We skip the hassle of insurance cards and networks and give our pet parents the power to choose their vet. Regardless of all these answers, we will continue to pass along your concerns to our customer care team. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions, comments, or concerns! We are here to help! https://bivvy.com/
