Hi Stewart, we're sorry you are disappointed. I asked one of our customer care team members to follow up with you, but with Bivvy you can go to any licensed vet! We reimburse pet parents directly which means you have the freedom to go to the vet you feel most comfortable with or that’s most convenient to you in an emergency. Even though Bivvy does offer Wellness Care to support preventative and routine care, this plan is not the primary focus. We're structured to cover future unexpected accidents and illnesses. For an affordable monthly premium, Bivvy isn't meant to cover anything. We're mainly here to add support to our pet parents if the worst were to happen to their furry friends.
