I love getting my Birchbox each month!! I look forward to it coming. Although you have the option to sometimes choose samples, I do not because I wait to see with anticipation. I've ordered several additional full size items too! I had only one slight problem and it was corrected immediate and done very professionally!!

Only concern is that shipping can be a little slow. Excellent products.

Having only one missing box over the dozen or so since I signed up. Not too bad at all. Not having a phone number to call when you have an issue is a bummer though.

decided to order one of the products that I sampled and can't believe how fast I received it! Free shipping and I got it in like 2 days! Thank you and I love my new hair products!
