I love my receiving my monthly Birchbox but I am about 50/50 on the makeup items I received. I wear very natural colors in makeup and I receive a lot of BRIGHT and BOLD colors. The last couple of months have been better.

So far boxes have been fun!! Would like to see fewer hair care products but everything else is great!!

My boxes are HORRIBLE!! Some of the products smell old or come to me empty and dried up. I do not look forward to getting them anymore

The quality of the products are just amazing. The prices are a little steep, BUT anything with this good of quality is expected to be. I would 110% recommend Birchbox to anyone!

I love getting the monthly subscription in the mail. It's like chrismas when I open the box. The reviews are super quick and easy to do and I love that it earns points that I can use to buy some of the products that I have sampled.

Pretty good. Will like them to have a telephone line or maybe respond faster than 24h. But they have an aqesome costumer service.

I have enjoyed my Birchbox boxes and purchases every time. What an exciting but way to learn about new products that you may not ever have had access to! I get so excited when I get my shipment confirmation. I e enjoyed the site so much and have really broadened the products I use. This has been amazing!!!!!!
