The binder cover won't even close it …
The binder cover won't even close it stays open. The rings aren't very strong they are just like the ones on Wal Mart notebooks. I've had for a month or so and the top ring is starting to stay open a little which snags my sheet protectors.

I am very sorry to hear you are having issues with your Binders. Our Binder rings should always be opened using the one-touch mechanism and should have a tight snap close. If they have been pried apart, damaged or crushed during shipment perhaps that would cause the rings to separate. I will reach out to you to help with replacement.
