We apologize that the product took longer than expected in the shipping process it does typically take 5-7 business days from our facility in Massachusetts to get to you in Oregon. Our binders are constructed of hardbound linen texture and designed to withstand years and years of use. If you are looking for a binder that is a little more durable for your application we do offer our metal binders which include our tough 3 ring mechanisms. We certainly want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the product that they received and do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We would be happy to send you out (3) new binders to replace the damaged ones that you original received as well as providing you with new sheet protectors to replace the ones that your received dirty.
