Good afternoon Lisa, Thank you for your order with Bindertek. We extremely apologize that the binders were on backorder at time the order was placed. At Bindertek, we strive to keep inventory levels up for all binders but unfortunately there are times that a binder produces high volume of sales that we just did not forecast for. Our customer service team is always here to assist with any questions regarding inventory or even helping with finding a different option for your organizing needs that is in stock. Because it takes a little time to send items from across the globe your order placed at the end of August was expected this month. Good morning John, Thank you very much for your purchase with Bindertek and for reaching out to us about your seals. First of all I apologize that you did not receive the seal yet. I have reached out to the production department to see why you have not received them and will contact you later today with the status. I am sorry for the unusual unexpected delay and we will get your order expedited for you. We do not pre-print the stock certificates or Spine Labels but do offer free custom templates so that you can add the information as needed. This was something that we chose to do because our customers asked for it. It offers a lot more versatility when in a matter of minutes you can change the Spine Label with your own professional custom information. I will make sure to Email you a copy of the free templates today as well. Your kits each included a full sheet of Spine Labels. We do not at this time offer personalization but coming in the Fall of 2016 we are working on something special for our customers who would like and name or corporation added to the cover of our Corporate Kits.
