I placed my order over a month ago and was not contacted that the item was out of stock. I called more than 2 weeks ago and found out that the item had not shipped and was out of stock. This is not good business practice and very frustrating for the customer. I told the employee that I spoke to that I would have appreciated correspondence regarding the delay in shipping.

Everything was on time and great updates on the shipping. Considering it was the only company that sells A5 paper i had no other option but they made it a breeze to order. Very satisfied thank you!

I ordered from Canada. My order was shipped via UPS. The order was withheld at customs in the Canada-US border. Nobody informed me. I waited for over 10 days. I then asked Empire Imports for the tracking number. UPS demanded CAD33 to clear the package at customs. However, this is too expensive compared to my order worth USD50. So, I made a trip to Canada Border Services to clear the package myself. I suggest Empire Imports to ship by government's US Postal Service for shipments to Canada.

Good morning Edward Thank you for your purchase with Empire Imports and taking a moment to reach out to us on Trust Pilot. We apologize that your order was delayed by UPS due to the customs process. It is not always an easy process for us to accurately establish what the duties and fees will be once a customer's order arrives to the border. We do our best to express that to the customer prior to them making the purchase or before processing the order. We will certainly look into offering US Postal services for our Canadian customers, especially on smaller purchases. In the future, do not hesitate to reach out to us as we will always reach out to UPS to try and expedite the process for you as well. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience and delay in your order process. Thank you, Empire Imports Customer Service
always upsetting when getting items from the US to be confronted with customs expenses. Trading across borders it should be simple enough for the seller to know the tariffs due on their products. Having that added on after the purchase is very annoying and makes you think twice on another purchase . Delivery by UPS delayed without any stated reason, twice. Instead of the announced and confirmed delivery on a Thursday, it was finally delivered on the following Tuesday.

Greetings, Thank you very much for the business and 5-Stars. We are so glad we had what you needed! Kind Regards, Empire Imports customer Service
I was very pleased with the service. It was on time and as advertised. The product, which I presume was imported, was not consistent in size, A5 nor thickness. The books put together were irregular either on top or bottom unless they were made from the same five hundred sheet group
