Everything was on time and great updates on the shipping. Considering it was the only company that sells A5 paper i had no other option but they made it a breeze to order. Very satisfied thank you!

Was able to find specialty paper on the Empire Imports website right away, ordered it and got it within a few days. Easy!

I was very pleased with the service. It was on time and as advertised. The product, which I presume was imported, was not consistent in size, A5 nor thickness. The books put together were irregular either on top or bottom unless they were made from the same five hundred sheet group

Staff are prompt, friendly and accommodating - so much so that the staff to whom I spoke went out of their way to help me find the products that I needed, rather than let me flounder on my own. I am a retired customer, so no longer place large orders of anything; but I felt treated as if my small order were a BIG one! How often does that happen!? Also, Empire's inventory is the ONLY place I look for European office products. (Having lived abroad for much of my adult life, I discovered early on how much organizational SENSE the EUROPEAN model makes for me.) Thanks, Guys.
