We've only used 1 binder so far and we were able to organize alot of information inside and didn't appear over crowded. Label fits nicely and has a good appearance.

Hi Sherry, Thank you very much for the order and kind words. I hope that your Binders provide years of great use! Regards, Bindertek Customer Service
Highly disappointed in the quality of the binders for the price they are selling for. Our law firm ordered 75 binders and the ring binder mechanisms are of very cheap quality. When we open a binder to search for a document & turn the pages, the mechanism opens and all of our legal documents fall on the floor. I have complained to the customer service department & they actually sent us new binder mechanisms & these were just as cheaply made. Very, very disappointed in the quality.

Hello Diana, Thank you very much for your business over the years and for taking the moment to share your thoughts with us. I am glad to hear that our service was responsive and we did try to take care of the issue. We have spent that last year in search of a superior factory for our Binder manufacturing. We are ecstatic to announce that we have found a new manufacturing partner in Germany and we are awaiting our first shipment of new and improved Binders and 2-Ring mechanisms. I will be contacting you soon to see if I may send you a sample of one of our new Binders when they arrive. Thank you again Diana! Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service
We are a small law firm and have been ordering a variety of Bindertek products for years. All products are top notch otherwise would not be offered by this company. The service has been prompt and professional. We highly recommend their products and services. All as advertised or even better. Exceeds expectations!

The Bindertek books have been essential in organizing our files. It makes it easier and faster to find the documents you need. We also enjoy their 2-hole punch, dividers, and prongs for closing files. The cases and cart for taking the books to court with you are also great!

Hi Sue, We cannot thank you enough for your business and your kind review! Bindertek Customer Service
Excellent product I have been using for years. I was recently disappointed with a color no longer being available due to a change in suppliers (per the telephone contact). I have no other complaints.

Hi Joe, Thank you very much for your business and 5 Star Review! We truly appreciate it! We did recently retire a few colors in anticipation of our new and improved line of Binders which will be arriving this Spring. Some of us were also sad to see some colors go but we are very excited to introduce the Binders which are on their way from Germany. We are dedicated to listening to our customers. I will make sure to pass along your valuable feedback. Thanks again! Bindertek Customer Service

I ordered 5 binders with accessories that I needed for clients ASAP. I paid for rush shipping and when the binders arrived they would not stay closed. The latch is a poor design. In my opinion, the only way the binders are "decent" is with the slipcover. Now, I am forced to place another order just to make the binders I bought presentable to clients.
