We didn’t see a dr but a physicians assistant. Talked for 10 seconds and wrote a prescription for steroids. He was nice but it felt irresponsible and expensive for the time actually spent with the patient. Where is the physician??

THE DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE VERY CAREING .AND HAS GOT ME WELL EVERYTIME.THEY EVEN CALL TO CHECK ON ME THE NEXT DAY AFTER MY VISIT.

I went to bettermed with a lymes disease ring on my arm, was told they didn’t think it was lymes, Dr. Anna never tested me and I was charged $180 for nothing. I had my blood tested a few weeks later and tested positive for lymes. If I had been tested earlier I would’ve been diagnosed earlier and caught the symptoms earlier.

I went in for a simple sinus infection. I was told by the provider that if the medication wasnt for a long enough time period to call him and he would extend it (antibiotic). Except, when I called in I was told that it was against their policy and that he didn't write it down. I was welcome to come in and be seen again, though. I was billed $300 for the office fee. When it was rebilled, it came back as outstanding $175 (had already paid $50). I've tried calling over both issues, only to get brushed off.

I went in for a work comp head injury. Even though they work with my company regularly the couldn't access the company's code for charge purposes. I was woozy. I shouldn't have driven. I asked to pay they wouldn't let me. I have them the work comp number and reference number. Still they refused to see me. I had to drive to an emergency room when I shouldn't have been driving at all.
