Easy checkin, comfortable waiting area, nice staff, easy payment options. Only thing I would have liked was a printout on how to care of wounds at home.

Dr Juan and the entire team at the Willow Lawn location are amazing! After experiencing stomach discomfort that significantly worsened over a 48 hour period, the team ran blood and urine tests, and took X-rays to identify the cause. They also put me on IV with Zofran to rehydrate me and alleviate nausea. Dr Juan ordered a CT scan at St Mary’s and, instead of having the technician share the results or wait until the next business day, called me directly to discuss the results (diverticulitis), advise me to follow a liquid diet for the next 4-5 days until the symptoms abated, and then follow a low fiber diet for a few weeks to enable healing. He also prescribed medication and urged me to begin the course of antibiotics right away instead of waiting until the next business day since the CVS at Willow Lawn was getting ready to close. The pharmacist at CVS also called me to let me know that my prescription would be ready before they closed, noting “when Dr Juan calls in a prescription and asks that it be filled right away we make sure the order takes priority because we know the client needs our help and will be there when he says they will.” Dr Juan called me the next day to see how I was feeling as the antibiotics started to work, and a team member called me again a few days later to gauge progress. If there was a way to I could choose Dr Juan to serve as my primary care physician, I would do so in a heartbeat! The team at Willow Lawn is truly exceptional and is my first choice for providing urgent care for me and my family.

I was charged for advice from a P.A. I was not properly examined, and misdiagnosed. I left in an ambulance and was charged a fee from them and the emergency room as well. I will never return.

Everything went well including the speed of service. There was some awkwardness with the online sign in, but I believe that was mostly a personal use issue.
