Our visit to BetterMed could not have gone better. The staff, nurses and doctors were all very helpful and kind. They made a scary situation not scary for my 7 year old. They even followed up when we came back to get hit stitches out. 10/10 would return.

I recently had to have a Covid-19 test (due to possible exposure) and quickly contacted Better Med in the Fredericksburg location. They were able to get me in fast, the check-in process was seamless and the staff explained to me what was going to happen and how it would feel. I appreciated their care and will continue to use them for my urgent care needs.

Got in to see a NP for clogged ears. I was seen promptly and my issue was resolved completely. Waiting outside given Covid situation worked well.

Very helpful to schedule a rapid Covid test in order to visit a loved one in a state requiring negative test results upon entry. Quick, personal yet professional & friendly service from receptionist, Christie, as well as others obtaining vitals and administering the test and reporting results. Minimal wait time in car & patient room. I refer all who ask to Better Med.
