My experience was very good! The staff was pleasant, efficient and caring.

I was a walk in around noon. Was in a room within 5minutes. The person that took my vital signs was courteous and friendly. The Nurse Practitioner was in within 10minutes. She listened, determined what my problem was and explained the plan of care and gave me printed instructions etc. Overall, a good experience. The floor behind the exam table and the table itself were quite dusty.

Triage was quick. I was in my room quickly no felt that the facility was clean. The PA could not dx me, only referred me out to another MD. She wanted to “wait and watch”. I suggested a culture of the questionable area. She agreed and then no one ever followed up with the result.

Everything was extremely clean and everyone who worked there was kind and made it a very easy experience.

Great service. We needed covid tests prior to a trip and test had to be done within 10 days of departure. The folks at Better Med bent the rules and allowed us to schedule appointments. All results came back quickly and our Holiday Vacation went off great.
