Bathroom ButlerReviews of bathroombutler.com

Great Service and prompt reply to my needed part/ order during our bathroom remodel project.

Love Craig…he was very informative and helped us understand how to think through sizes and placement.

Called to speak with one of the customer service reps. to ask a few questions about how it would work with my particular room layout and found him to be very helpful.

Easy to find specs on website which helps choose the correct size of product needed

Great customer service, fast delivery. Good quality

Product, a heated towel rack, is very well designed and constructed. Not the least expensive, but worth the extra cost. The packaging was excellent, as were the instructions for assembly, with one exception. The explanation of how to make the electrical connection within the unit is very unclear, making it easy to set up a poor and possibly dangerous connection. We are looking forward to nice warm and dry towels.

I absolutely love my Bathroom Butler heated towel rack. I’ve had it for a little over a year now. I recently had a slight issue but Dean took care of it immediately! I had sent an email and Dean called me within 5 minutes. Very impressive. Great company to work with!!

Easy ordering, the piece arrived promptly
