Cynda, thank you for your feedback — we completely understand the frustration. Color matching across vendors is one of the trickiest things in this space; even within categories like "champagne bronze," finishes vary noticeably between brands, and unfortunately it's very difficult for us to guarantee a match to another vendor's product. We do offer color sample kits for exactly this reason — they won't fix a purchase after the fact, but for future orders they help set accurate expectations before you commit. We also hear you on the shipping time and are always working to improve that. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we're glad the bar itself and the installation have been a positive part of the experience.
