I am an enthusiastic fan of BambooHR. The platform is user friendly and simple to use. And most importantly, the customer support team is the best I've ever had the opportunity to work with.

This is the most customer facing service I have ever came across, has all you need and can develop extra bits for something that you need or help you choose among trusted partners.

BambooHR has simplified the HR process tremendously. Every bit of information and documentation is stored in a centralised, safe place and having sign-off is an absolute breeze. I am a huge fan of BambooHR and I highly recommend them.

BambooHR is the best HRM system I have ever used; I recommend it to everyone I know! UI is exceptional and intuitive, resulting in zero need to train users. I particularly enjoy its performance management processes. They're quick, easy and low effort for users. The FAQs and help guides are excellent. It's easy to find out an answer without the need to reach out to their support team. Get it, it's a no brainer.

So easy to implement! I'm not an HR professional but I know we are way more organized and efficient at onboarding. A must for any company over 20 employees.

not good. It does not work properly, super expensive, support poor......Excel 100% better.....

it is very confusing software full of American terms with no guidelines for the UK employee but is unfortunately being sold to unsuspecting UK HR departments. I wish our HR department had bothered to read some of the reviews.

I was sold on the basis of being able to change the settings to English (UK). Sadley you cant so lots of things are not applicable.
