Speaking as a normal user of the service (not an HR professional), I have found Bamboo to be a very straightforward, user-friendly platform. The interface is intuitive and uncluttered, and I've never experienced any technical issues. It's the best of the many HR platforms I've used to date.

BambooHR is by far the best platform I've used. Their customer service is amazing, no emailing one day and waiting hours or days for an answer. The software is user friendly and intuitive, very easy to navigate. They also keep adding new features that add value to our subscription. I can't say enough great things about Bamboo!
