I was on hold for awhile before I was able to speak to a representative, but once I got through, John was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. He provided me with the information I needed in a timely manner.

I dont have a problem paying .I dont feel there is any other comunication between us.I could call.or they could sent updated information on my policy.I feel like a policy number not a customer.
