I was asked to send information in after my husband passed to have me as the only owner of the policy instead of it being a joint ownership and I had to do this numerous times along with death certificates so I think you folks sold the company or something and things didn't hit you know the inward to the right places that it anyway hope things have a workout in and your little more organized

It did take a while before I recieved my coverage, with doing everything thing online ,I am more of a hands on person,so missed emails and calls didn't work well for me with my schedule.
