The labeling of the switches and receptacles is grossly inadequate. Too small, not enough contrast to backround. This is an important piece of my residential infrastructure that i will access only when i lose power. There’s a 50:50 chance i will be doing so in the dark. To me the poor labeling is a safety issue.

Very easy to set up and use. I would recommend a 20 amp circuit for full draw. If you have a fairly heavily loaded 15 amp circuit it will take longer to charge. Also use the ability to set the input wattage draw so you don’t exceed 80% of the rated circuit breaker you have it plugged into for charging. Awesome equipment and i am very pleased with it.

At first shipped item with missing cables. But fixed that problem very fast. Customer service is very good. Will do business again for sure.

The Anker Solix was reasonably priced and easy to order on the site. The delivery expectation was set and the product arrived a day later than promised however the updates were timely and appreciated. An email arrived prior to the product advising ahead of time the set up process. Once I received the product, setup was easy. Although I’m not looking forward to a power outage, I feel like I am well prepared.

Love the cooler! Plenty of room for food and drinks. Batteries lasted as advertised. The cooler was easy to order and showed up in a timely manner.

We got the system in case of power outages, living in a rural area we are more prone to outages. Having the security of a solar generator is piece of mind.

Ordered the S2000 power station and it arrived promptly and was packaged well .I fully charged it to test how long it would power our refrigerator. Our refrigerator is slightly larger than the 25 cubic foot fridge that Anker used for their test. From what I understand, their test relies on controlled "best-case" parameters rather than an active kitchen environment. We used the fridge as normal and achieved 25-26 hours twice. Was hoping to get closer to the 30 hour mark but in an emergency situation where you would be more careful with door openings, I think 30 hours is achievable. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again.
