Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the connection between the S2000 and the solar panel, under normal circumstances, the XT60 to MC4 cable is included in the solar panel package, so no additional purchase should be required for standard use. However, if you are connecting multiple solar panels in parallel, then extra cables or accessories may indeed be needed. We’re sorry that this was not clearly communicated and that you received mixed messages from customer service. We completely understand your concerns, and we apologize that our service did not meet your expectations. At the moment, we have not yet been able to identify your order details based on the information currently available to us. We have already attempted to request your information through the platform so that we can provide proper after-sales support. In the meantime, we kindly recommend contacting our official support team at [email protected] with your order details, so that we can better review your case and assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to support you further. Best regards, Anker SOLIX Customer Support
