We've had the system for more than 2 years now, and it's mostly been positive. We switched from a Major security system when we finally ditched the landline phone and needed to switch to a wireless system. That provider wanted more than double what Alert 360 did to make the equipment changes necessary to go wireless, so even though we'd been happy enough to stay with the other company 10+ years, the price difference made switching a "no-brainer". The reason I cannot give 5 stars is for the extended time you must wait to get someone on the phone if you have a "technical problem". Waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes while an alarm siren is blaring feels more like an hour. For some unknown reason, the control panel randomly decides it's not going to accept the code to disarm. If it is being really stubborn, time will run out, which triggers the alarm to go off. The person who calls to verify if there is a problem before alerting the police cannot override a panel that won't accept the disarm code and must forward the call to "technical support". I'm not sure if we will stay with Alert 360 after the 3-yr contract expires. I thought the "360" in their name referred to degrees, meaning your protection surrounds your home a full 360 degrees. Perhaps it actually means you are getting 360 days of service each year, and the remaining 5 days...well, you're on your own.

John Hutson leads a great crew at Alert 360 and they did an amazing job in securing my new new home. Arthur and the technicians were very good about explaining everything thoroughly, slowly and they were very kind and clean. Their alarm system is one of the best and is comprised of many options in which I took advantage of all. I know should I have any questions or concerns that they are available. Thank you Alert 360

This is a great store and I heard so many good news also. Nice working place. Wow!!

We just had an alarm system installed and we can't say enough what an awesome job Kevin and Eddie with Alert 360 did. They stayed after hours, answered ALL of my husband many questions and we're very patient. They showed us some other projects that would work great in our place. We signed up with Fort Knox security (which weren't very good at communicating with Alert 360) and they made their mistakes right as well. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system with Cameras installed in their home.

My mom had alert360. She passed away. I contacted this service to cancel her service. I get contacted today to say that her contract with the service was not up and her estate is responsible for paying the the remainder of her contract of 13 months. What a disgrace to tell the family that we are sorry for your loss but even though your mom has passed she is still responsible for the remainder of her service contract. That came from the office of CEO UPDATE: AFTER READYING MY NEGATIVE REVIEW ALERT 360 RELEASED MY LATE MOTHER FROM HER CONTRACT.
